HyVee to introduce new sanitizer system for carts

A local grocery chain is introducing an automated cleaning system that fully cleans and sanitizes shopping carts after every use. Director of Strategic Communications at Hy-Vee, Dawn Buzynski, explains how the machine cleans the carts.

22 of the 27 Hy-Vee stores in the state of Missouri have already started to implement this machine. By mid-November, more than 200 Hy-Vee stores across it's eight-state region will have it.
